Alternator problem

Help sirs. Kaka full charge ko lang ng battery para matest kung ok pa ba ang batterybor alternator. When idle voltage is 13.5, headlights on= 12.5, then kapag on ang headlights aircon and stereo nagiging 12.1-12.2 lang ang voltage niya. Is this normal? O mahina na pasok ng kuryente ng alternator? Thanks.

Mahina yan, dapat di bababa sa 13.5 volts kahit naka-on accesories mo. Under charging yan pasilip mo na sa auto electrician.

Alternator na kaya to sir? Mahina na magcharge? Medyo maingay na din kasi un bearing parang tunog belt ng aircon na palitin.

No way to know but to have it checked at a competent shop that specializes in auto electrical.

It could be the bearing that's partly causing undercharge because of the friction, or some component of the alternator.

Personally, I'd recommend Rey's, Wizzards, or Yocks for alternator jobs.

Saan po located and yocks and reys? Eto ba un reys sa cubao banda?

Yocks has a branch EDSA Cubao southbound just before a flyover near the bus terminals.

Rey Villa's is in 15th Ave Cubao near Aurora Blvd

how much po ang surplus alternator ng Mitsubishi Lancer 2002?

bago pa battery ko, 6 months palang. ilang araw ko hindi ginamit din.

pag balik ko, mahina na siya. Unless i-series, dun palang mag sstart

Pinatingin ko sa auto electrician, sabi nya grounded yung alternator ko.

What he suggested is to changed (13 years narin alternator ko), pero pinaayos ko yung alternator ko dahil napigtas yung IC.

Ngayon ginagamit ko auto, hindi na naman bumalik yung problema.

yung alternator ko, bago lang napaayos, nung time na sira na, nag o on na yung battery palagi sa dash. Tapos, nung test nung mechanic, pinaandar, tapos dinikit yung metal sa alternator, dapat daw kasi ma magnetized yung if ok pa, pero wala. so sabi agad na sira alternator. Yun, pinatangal ko, bayad 250 pesos yung tangal / suli, iba naman yung pinaayus ko sa alternator, naayus naman, ngayon ok na.

Sir kung ganyan na ndi nagamit auto pero nadischarge padin ang batt, baka may prob sa battery mo. Under warranty pa naman siguro yan? Pacheck mo na din sir. Kasi dapat mag hold yan ng charge. Baka factory defect.
