Guys, I was wondering what's our next step after the EB sa Fort last month. Further to our last discussion we said that we will informally open the club to membership again coz we are re-organizing (tama ba?). I think it's better we meet again to discuss details about the re-organization so that we can do more. The way I see it we can get many sponsors and do some more civic activities if we get more organized. Most of the guys who are leading the group are quite passionate with their rigs and what they do so we can really go all the way with this. Just some ideas:
1. Regular fun runs/treks with that will promote clean air, sustainable environment, responsible driving, networking among members. (Hindi yung multi level ha! Yung sharing of expertise and resources ba) etc. Of course aside from the usual fun and camaraderie we get from these activites.
2. Being the group in the frontline of making Manila smoke free.
-just an idea: maybe we can partner with a reliable emission testing facility that all the group will patronize and we get a special smog free sticker to be issued by DieselClub.
3. Better DieselClub shirt and sticker that we can proudly display. As discussed in one of the threads this can be an income generating gimik for us.
I love the outdoors and I look forwad to going off roading with you guys. I would also like to visit all the sites that are being suggested here (Batangas, Bataan, Baler, Baguio, etc). We can promote eco-tourism and these sites to fellow Pinoys.
These are just ideas going around my head and ideas ko lang ito. :D
