We did discuss it but we only tackled on the membership part

1.) Person Applies for membership
2.) Submit BIO DATA and Money yata
3.) Must Attend 3 Consecutive EB
4.) Approves membership by Membership Comittee

For you to be able to become active member. you must attend at least 6 EB per year. For your failure of not attending youwill be given a notice for it then you wil become INACTIVE

hirap ata kung consecutive ang 3 EBs na iaattend. baka naman pwde kahit hindi consecutive, so ang mangyayari hold muna ang pagiging full membership at mga freebies (membership card, sticker, etc.) until maka 3 EB yung aspiring member.

also, pano kung naka 2 consecutive EB na ang isang aspiring member, tapos di naka-attend nung pang 3rd EB, forfeited ba yung 2 EBs na na-attend? na dapat another 3 consecutive EBs ang iattend?

Ang alam ko hindi consecutive. Basta with the year and basta umattend ng annual convention. Check this with el presidente muna.

I think General Reset of membership tayo eh.... so I supposed that all past EB will not be counted for... (Hintayin natin sina Otep ha.... not so sure on this)

Subculture, hindi yata eh... kasi ang hinahabol dito na 3 EB is for Dieselclub.org pero maganda rin sana kung pati Subculture EB counted.... I think so.... counted din....

HAY Hirap sumagot dito sa mga kwestyon nang atin mga televiewers.... pero as alwasy lets wait for Pres. and VP to give there final instructions.

Mga sir, paano naman po yung case kung sa probinsya naka-base yung tao, willing naman sya na mag-apply at magbayad ng para sa membership, at gusto nyang palawakin yung kaalaman nya tungkol sa mga diesel matters, pero malabo syang makarating sa mga EB dahil sa geographic distance? pwede bang kahit sa grand EB na lang sya pumunta? wala bang special consideration due to mitigating circumstances?

all of these points are noted. thank you very much. the officers will meet on saturday april 5, 2003, 8AM at the Fort Shell Station. we will finalize the rules for membership so that when we schedule the general assembly, malinaw na ang lahat.
