I am just asking a small favor from otep for me to continue. Access to the server shall be given only to one person. Development of the website can be done by several people who can help.

ok, here's my take. I renew the domain registration for as long as it takes and provide domain and site hosting [as long as my server can handle the traffic] for the website on the following conditions:

1. A "permanently placed" banner of DieselClub.org with the names and or logo of compass internet and Betan Calibration should appear in Tsikot.com, this banner shall be linked to the DieselClub.org website.

2. Developers / designers of the DC.org website shall work and collaborate until it is finished. Only one person shall be able to upload the files to our server.

3. Other people and or companies who wish to have their banners, ads or whatever be displayed or promoted on the DC.org website shall be charged a reasonable fee. This fee shall go to the people who designed the website and to DC.org. But before we allow this, my approval and of DC.org shall be sought out.

4. The people behind DC.org shall pursue all endeavors in order to keep the club going, seek sponsorships, patrons etc., recruit members, form an alliance with OEM's, and so on and so forth.

5. Of course, our company name should be visible from anywhere of the DC.org website.

6. All materials printed for DC.org whether t-shirts, stickers etc. shall have the names also of Betan and Compass. Additional funds maybe contributed depending on the nature of activity and or justifiable cause.

7. Product or service lock out shall be imposed on the website.

Any other comments and or suggestions?

A decision should be raised by the 8th of November or say goodbye to Dieselclub.org domain.

Pls enlighten me: Eto bang site development/hosting for DieselClub.org lang? Separate ito from Tsikot? o connected sa Tsikot yung site ng DieselClub?

Comments:

The offer of Compass and Betan is a welcome breather for us. I just think we need to quantify in terms of monetary value any deals we make kahit ex-deal so that we can have standard AD packages for companies who will eventually sponsor or place ADs with us, e.g for Major Sponsors, how much and what do they get in return, same with minor sponsors, etc.

I think we really need to get the ball rolling sa formal incorporation or business registration ng DieselClub.

Ingat sa lahat as we cherish the lives of our departed love ones and enjoy/celebrate the lives of those who are still with us.
