I WANT TO SHIP MY CLASSIC CAR HERE FROM AMERICA BIS SEEMS TO HAVE ONE PURPOSE IN LIFE, ERECT ROADS BLOCKS IN MY WAY, HAS ANYONE SUCCESSFULLY NAVIGATED THESE DANGEROUS WATERWAYS THAT MAY BE ABLE TO SHED SOME SAGE ADVICE TO OLD MUSCLE CAR NUT?

The owners of these business have very good contacts on the Customs and they probably can handle that... they do Door-to-door deliveries.
alternatively, a gray market vehicle importer might be able to help you.
in the Philippines everything can be arranged as long as you are willing to "pay".
