The Medic Van looks exactly like the Foton View Ambulance except that this one has:
*The same fascia as the passenger version (the View Ambulance has different grille and bumpers vs the passenger version)
*Power windows, power side mirrors (not available on the View Ambulance)
*Side mirror LED turn signals
*Available 2.8L CRDi engine with 90bhp (Isuzu 4JB1?). The View Ambulance has a traditional 70bhp diesel similar to the base medic van but is expected to offer the CRDi unit soon also.
*Wrap around rear a/c (rear a/c up to 2nd row only on the View Ambulance)
*Remote fuel filler door release (you need a key for the Foton)
I didn't notice if the engine ECU on the King Long's also sit on the floor as they do on the CRDi View Passenger Van.
Jinbei has the advantage of ABS and EBD's even in their older Hiace (H100) clones. Not sure if ABS is also included in their ambulance units.
Pricing is pegged at Php950k for the King Long Medic (not sure which engine option). The Foton Ambulance is Php950k for non-CRDi, Php990k for CRDi units.
