SEarched the forum for "BAIC MZ40 WeVan" but cant seem to find any resource or reviews. I am intrigued by this Chinese product. like a smaller, cheaper version of a Hyundai Starex. People andd Cargo mover in one package plus AC. Priced at 468k is hard to beat. Im just wondering if parts availability are easy here.. especially for Cebu. Feedback and Reviews of this van is highly appreciated. thanks!

This might be unfair to chinese brands since I have never owned one but all reviews and comments that I have watched and read points to subpar quality. Then again, you get what you pay for. For a van priced at less than 500k, i will be very cautious.

I have read a lot of negative reports or reviews about chinese brands.

exempt ang iphone hahaha! and apple is going to put up a manufacturing plant in the philippines soon, nagalit na din yata sa china. read this, iphone soon to be "proudly made in the philippines!" >>> Iphone Made in China? Not Anymore. Philippines Welcome Apple Inc – Newsgru

btw, japan is providing low interest loans for 10 coast guard patrol vessels to the philippines. suklian naman natin kahit konti lang di ba.

thanks for the feedback guys. Sayang... this is one van i was looking for that fits a lot of needs. Surplus Multicabs are cheap but are hit and miss and have bad AC. Any other alternative to the Suzuki APV? much thanks..

I agree wholeheartedly. Although maraming multinational companies na made in China ang products, at least di sya Chinese company. Sa China nga galit sila sa Pinoy. Tayo dito welcome pa sila. Be more nationalistic.

mas marami pang taong bumibili ng tv brands ng chinese company as well as other electronic products (Lenovo, XIaomi) kesa sasakyan ng chinese brands, anong pinaglalaban niyo?

I also buy made in china products but these are branded by other countries and not wholly china owned. I'm picky with the products i buy. I want quality so i meticulously inspect it first and also the brand before my purchase. But if given the choice i'd gladly buy our own if it's made with the quality i look for kahit mahal pa nang konti wag lang malayo presyo. Like sa window AC carrier binili namin kahit mas mahal sya sa ibang brands because may quality sya. And masaya ako pag nakabili ako nang gamit na may PH made.[emoji106]

Yup the bulk of their income comes from electronics at yun mga raw materials like billets.

basta ako iwas sa made in china. yun ang una kong tinitignan, pag made in china binibitawan ko na at naghahanap ako ng iba. pag wala at di naman necessity sa buhay e di tiis-tiis na lang. meron din talagang di mo maiiwasan pero ang sinasabi naman e kung pwede e di make the choice. ayaw mo, okay lang basta hayaan mo yung may gusto.
