Optra 1.8 engine starting problem

hi guys, i have a problem after i install the engine after overhaul, the check engine light keep turn on and flashing sometimes, i cant even diagnose my car, seems like got electrical problem..any suggestion on wats going on?? i have difficulty to start the car, any suggestion?? appreciate and thank you very much..

Did they reinstall all the sensors properly after the overhaul? It may be that one of the sensors is unplugged or returning an out-of-spec reading.
