New Chevrolets

have you checked out the new Chevy's? Aveo (hatchback), Optra (sedan) and hmm..Zafira? The new models are apparently competitively priced, such that the Aveo will be matched against the City and the Vios, while the Optra will be pitted against the Altis, Lynx and the Civic.

They are rebadged Daewoo's. Dati naman ang mga Daewoos (Racer at Espero) ay rebadged Opels (old model Opels nga lang). Hehehe. Nakakatuwa naman ang cycle.

Anyways, under GM naman din ang mga brands na iyan. Even Isuzus get rebadged as Chevys in some markets.

for his errand car, ayos naman.
pero i rather wait for the mazdas to come

Baligtad na nga ang mundo, eh. hehehe. Yung mga Daewoo na ngayon ang nirerebadge into upmarket (at least dito) brands.

Dati sila nagrerebadge ng mga Opel para gawing Daewoo. hehehe.

its the engineering that defines.
its like the range rover & jaguar na now owned by TATA motors of india.
syempre, bibili pa rin ng jaguar kase jaguar kahit it is already owned by india or kahit it will future be made na in india.

even before GMDAT, i knew that its compatibility will be easy. like the Daewoo Racer as earlier mentioned was actually the Pontiac LeMans in the USA and Opel Kadett in Europe. so when that official tie-up was made, analysts thought it was a good strategy...

...and it is to this date.

Looking forward to how TCCC will handle the brand... I'm observing all car brands operating in the country and the ASEAN.
