More or less 10-13k per oil change. Same as the Montero Sport.

Its a given that maintenance cost will be high if you bring it to casa...not if you have a very trusted mechanic that you'll have him handle maintenance. With regards to parts, check with isuzu parts since the engines used in the trailblazer and the colorado came from isuzu.

hmmm.. mahal pala like sa Hyundai. Pwede ba mag dala ng sariling Oil and Filters sa Chevy Casa without voiding the warranty?

Remember every oil change yan if you're using fully synthetic engine oil. Change oil is every 10k kms. Topping up oil is always at the 5k km in between the 10k km oil change. Yung top up mga 4k pesos ang gastos

sir kung top up lang, oil filter and 1 liter of oil lang, mahal pa din ata sa 4k. guess owning a 1.5-1.7MM SUV would make the 4-13k PMS peanuts..that's the thinking of CASAs that's why they over-charge owners for PMS.

kakagling ko lang po sa chev. initial quotation for the trailblazer pms is 9200 pero at 5k kms na (with synthetic oil). wala po sila 1k kms check up tulad ng sa hyundai and mitsubishi . only 5k den 10k den 15k and so on. but sa synthetic oil is every 10k. so lalabas na mas mura sa 10k or in between the synthetic oil change daw. pareho lang daw ng sa colorado.

This is true. Sa GLS Strada ko every 5kms ang preventive maintenance required nila at may categories pa ito na light(for first and every next 5kms after the heavy PMS), medium (after every 10kms after the light PMS) at heavy (every 15kms after medium PMS), pag kinompute mo every 5kms ka talaga nag papa PMS. Kaya mauubos oras mo at butas bulsa sa kababalik sa Mitsu casa within the warranty period.

We are also planning on getting a Trailblazer but my wife wants to wait for the new Everest para daw ma-compare kung ano mas ok. pero kung ang pms ng Trailblazer ay every 10k looks like i'm leaning towards chevy

    PRESTIGE comes with a price

a 1li FS oil is charged around P7++.++ & about the same price for oil filter (P14++.++)

that will make labor cost around P2000.00 for a minor job such as oil top up & oil filter change, kinda costly

the rest of the cost are covered by sundries

Hi mga sirs, we just bought the 2015 TB LTX MT , first problem was the 3rd row seat (right side). Hindi ma lock kapag naka fold. Anyone here na naka experience ng similar issue? Binalik ko sa Casa and they said they will replace it. Still waiting for the part though. Just an additional nalang din, for Trailblazer owners, maingay ba talaga yung mga chairs/seatbelts sa cabin? I'm not sure if it's caused by the chairs or seatbelts pero sobrang ingay pag may maliit na hump or mejo rough road. Mabuti pa yung avanza namen dati kahit wala naman ingay kahit 8 yrs old na .

Hows the availability of their parts? Madali ba makakuha or pahirapan?

I have a Cruze and parts are hard to come by in the casa. Im wondering what if maaksidente ang sasakyan matagal na claim sa insurance. tatagal pa waiting for parts.

Ha? Diba bago palang ang Trailblazer? May alternator problem na? Anyway ano nangyari? Considering this din kasi. Researching as much as possible about pros and cons. Thanks

    just want to share this...

    - 2 days ago my TBZ dash panel is saying "service vehicle soon" (car just recently completed her PMS at 95k km ODO before this issue). i pushed the reset button and the reminder was gone. had contacted the dealership for scanning/appointment.
    - yesterday on my way to pangasinan after 50km or so, the CEL pops out. all were normal aside from the alarm light.
    - headed to casa (dagupan) after completing my primary scheduled engagement.
    - casa run its scanner, the MAF and EGR values were blank.
    - both MAF and EGR sensors were taken out and checked. MAF sensor was somewhat dirty whilst the EGR harness is showing some exposed wires.
    - both sensors were cleaned and portion of exposed wires is tape-off.
    - the technician road tested and my TBZ seems OK (CEL is gone).
    - whole cost of troubleshooting exercise = 800 pesos + shop materials. (actually SA quoted me 1.6k pesos but i haggled).
