Need help re ECU reprogramming

Hello guys! Ask ko lang kung saang CASA ang pinakamaganda magreprogram ng ECU para tumipid sa gas yung car ko. Sobrang lakas kc FC. 5-6 km/L ang FC nya. By the way, my car is an optra 04 model. I don't know where to bring it. I've heard it's best to bring it to Chev North Edsa. However, I'm having a hard time contacting them. I have already canvassed in pasig and quezon ave, they have different prices. Pasig is charging P3K for the reprogram. Meanwhile, Quezon Ave is charging only P1,200. I'm really confused. Really need help guys. Thanks!

If it's all the same factory reflash, then go wherever you can get the best deal. Just make sure they really do it.
