    2004 Optra Ls 1.6 M/T
Mileage: 105,000+ and still in its immaculate condition.
    Gas Consumption: 8-10kms/liter city driving

    Changed:
    Thermostat (plastic)
    Timing Set (*60K)
    Fuel Pump (thunder-original)
Engine Oil Pump/Oil Pan (cleaned *95k)
    Tires (switch at every 10k)
Axle Both (only OEM chevy left/Right)
Front Wheel Stabilizer (replacement only, once a wigle at a min. speed of 120kms in your steering wheel)
    Fuel Filter
    Oil filter sensor
    Transmission Sensor & Fluid (*80k)
Rack-End (Japan brand replacement, done at servitek)
    Break Pads
    A/C Freon, Filter & valve
    Break Fluids
Battery (now in its 3rd year and still working, Motolite-Gold 2SM)
Engine Oil & Filter (*every 5k)
Air Filter (clean frequently & change *every20k)
    Spark Plugs (*every 10k)

If you want to use a car that fits your driving comfort and no plans of changing, then you need to maintain it.
But if you think you'll be planning to buy a new car to fits your new driving equirements, then no need of much maintenance since you'll be selling it anyway.
