Willing to wait ka ba? Kung nasa 850 lang sana yung sedan at sure na by mid year ok idelay ang purchase. Hope we get confirmation soon to help sa decision though I doubt it coz baka mahirapan sila ibenta ang current models.

Just sharing....

Went to Nuvali last weekend with our a/t Sonic and I confirm na sobrang sarap nyang dalhin sa long drives. Swabeng swabeng swabe. Hehehe!
You would hardly notice yung pag shift nya to higher gears. Hindi matagtag at ang tahimik sa loob. Drove it to 80kph and still you can hear the FM radio clearly. Unlike our previous car na pag beyond 60kph na ang takbo, d mo na halos marinig FM. Also, whenever mapadaan kmi sa daan na may madaming maliliit na humps (sorry don't know what it's called but i heard pampagising daw yun. ), hindi sya masyadong ramdam sa loob. minimal ang vibration and konteng tunong lng. Parang inaabsorb sya (vibration and sound) ng some parts of the car. don't know where.

Tinry ko na yung manual mode nya. Ok naman sya pero parang mas smooth pa rin pag automatic (i.e., in Drive mode). I guess partly because d ako sanay mag manual mode. Ginagamit ko lng kasi to usually sa mga masyadong matarik na na daan (uphill and downhill).

Yes sir nakapag overtake naman ako. just made sure d ako lalagpas ng 80kph. Bawal pa raw until ma reach 1000km.

Hindi lng cguro sing bilis ng iba pero k naman acceleration nya. Mukhang designed sya to prevent sudden acceleration. Sa tingn ko cguro around 1-2 seconds delay lng compared sa iba before mo maramdaman na humahataw na sya.

Sir may i know ung rpm ng sonic pag 100kph?2k below or above? How about handling and suspension? Fuel consumption? Thank you

Hello Everyone,

After running our Sonic (A/T) for 1000km pumapatak FC nya between 7 - 8Km/L. Makati-Mandaluyong usual route ko, so more often traffic especially sa Makati Ave going to Makati-Mandaluyong bridge. And it is being sometimes driven ng misis ko na nag papractice pa lng (Max cruising speed of 30Kph).

I think given all things equal, mas matipid pa rin sa gas mga counterparts nya. Kaya kung sobrang priority nyo yung FC, Sonic may not be your best choice.

Oo nga poor acceleration and fc vs comfort and extra features. In the end it depends on your priorities. We're still getting a sonic although nakakadistract ang news may new vios and city na lalabas this year :-)

Chevy north edsa is giving 87k discount until the end of march ata. Provided that you only pay 80k for downpayment. Parehas lang kung ganun, madadali ka din sa interest. Hehe.

Buyers should compute the total cost including interest lalo na pag low downpayment. Tempting but you may end up paying more.

Di pa sir roy...pero i'm talking to a sales agent from chevrolet quezon ave. by text pa lang. Am based kasi sa laguna kaya wala pang time bumisita sa showroom. So far satisfied ako sa kanya... she answered all my quesyions kahit kanina lang ako nagtext...tsaka mabilis magreply... very accommodating and no difference sa treatment when i finally told her that i might be paying in cash. They have a test drive unit na pwede ko daw subukan. Sabi ko pasched na lang ako pag lumuwas ako soon. Try ko rin hanap ng agent sa ibang dealers and see which one would give the best deal.

On a side note, alam niyo ba magkano nakukuhang commission ng agents?

Yup meron nga pero wala pang time makadaan eh. Pero baka this weekend magpunta ko chevrolet san pablo.... magpa 1k PMS kasi ako ng innova namin sa toyota. Isabay ko na daan sa chev. May contact ka na bang agent dun? Napili ko lang quezon ave kasi oks daw dun. Hanap din ako from edsa greenhills.

We got our Aveo sa Chevy Laguna (Carmona), Thumbs up ako sa agent na nag asikaso samin. Kahit after sales, claim insurance inaassist nya kami.
