    Good day fellow tsikoteers! Curious lang ako kung ano ang experience niyo with chevrolet dealers. Which dealers give the best sales (freebies, deals etc.) and after service (PMS, warranty claims etc.). First time kasi naming bibili ng chevy and we heard some bad stories in the past... but we're willing to give it a try... nagandahan kasi kami sa Sonic... Thanks!

    Chevrolet Laguna (Carmona)

    Sales = 9 (para sa agent na nag asikaso samin)
    Freebies = 7 (standard freebies, depende na rin siguro sayo kung pano ka makipag negotiate)

    PMS = 7 ( for now, nakaka 2 PMS pa lang so we'll see on the next PMS. Still groaning for the 5k kms PMS insisted by service advisor)
    Warranty Claim = N/A (so far ala pa ako naclaim sa warranty. The usual "may umaalog dito" "may maingay dito" "paki adjust ng ganito")

    Showroon = 7 (medyo di masyado nalilinis, daming agiw sa kisami)

    I thought TBs PMS are every 10k kms.
    Why do they insist on every 5k kms?

    Aveo lang po Hundred years pa bago ako makabili ng TB

    Well, he keep on insisiting. Sabi ko nga yun ang nasa manual na 10k kms. Kahit daw sa Cruze eh 10k kms din ang nasa manual pero di daw yun ang sinusunod. And di daw sila pwede gumamit ng Synthetic at magaglait daw ang planta. Weird noh

    Please relay that info to Chevy Philippines. Their number is 5196001, local 573. Ask for the Customer relations department

    Binanggit ko na dun sa tumatawag na taga Chevy.

    We'll see on my next PMS kung same reasons ang sasabihin

    I suggest you call them again through the number and local I posted here. Then specifically look for Christine. Tell her what your service advisor in Chevrolet Laguna told you. Especially the part where he said TCCCI will get angry at them if they used Fully Synthetic Oil on your Aveo.

    All dealers will try to match the best quote. You can use your negotiating skills to your advantage :-)

    We had our first pms sa chevy makati and the experience was good kahit kaka open lang ng service center that time. Bibigyan ka ng list ng lahat ng gagawin at papalitan pati estimate bago mag start. Comfortable customer lounges, isa sa tabi ng service so you can see your car and isa sa showroom. Halos lahat ng models andun except sonic kasi nabenta na nung pumunta ko. May fb page sila, dun pinopost ang pics ng buyers. Kaya lang nalimutan i stamp yung service booklet, pagbalik na lang daw.
