we have our own optra ls 1.6 dohc.

from piston, piston liner or sleeve, piston rings, engine valve,valve guide, valve seal,lapping, oil seal,head gasket, intake and exhaust gasket, pcv valve(the hardest to find). rear oil seal.
and the crucial timing and the most hardest to determined for most mechanic outside casa,

we already knew where to find these product, most of them are not available in thunder. even casa for PCV valve which is only 60,000 kms and need to be repalce.

here some quotation:

valve seal : 2450
valve guide : 1350 sets
engine valve : 650 each
head gasket: 1350 orig
camshaft oil seal: 280 each orig

piston liner or sleeve : 1200 each plus 4000 labor for machine shop.

the chevy optra timing is crucial if the mechanic will do it for the first time is so confusing,
and if he's not sure your engine valve get bend (550 each x 16pcs + machine shop labor +valve guide php1350)

we allready encounter bend engine valve (optra) due to timing.

eto ang quotation di namin advise na hatakin ang optra ksi masisira yung ABS sensor sa bawat axle nya.

pag metro manila ka lang' lets say sa QC nasa cainta yung shop na pagdadalhan.(shop namin)

wrecker mga 5k malayo na yun.

tapos kasama kami para ma check kung kumpleto ang pyesa at makita kung bakit ng overheat.

may papers kaming pinapapirmahan na patunay na kinuha namin oto nyo pra i-service namin.

noted natin yung mga sira or banga, or gasgas ng oto. etc.

then need nyo mag down atleast ng 40% ng quote ko:

magkano ba mostly ang quote pag ng overheat at kumatok? (yung pinaka worst)
