Effective April 1, 2015 - NO PLATE NO TRAVEL POLICY will be strictly implemented by LTO. For those car owner who doesnt have license plate issued by LTO, please avoid travelling on this date onward otherwise you will pay corresponding amount when apprehended or worst your vehicle will be impounded. FYi please refer to LTO memoramdum (attached)

Got our TB - L ( Red) last March 14... then on April 14 got and attached the plate no.
