Good news. Just came from Chevy Otis and talked with their sales manager and the person in charge of the upholstery. They will pull out my seat on Monday (my choice of sked) and change the leather. It will take 3 days daw. Will update you guys of the outcome.

Wow this is good news. Plan to complain too. Are they going to change the leather for all the seats? I think Chevy is really getting serious about customer service

Updating on post #1294. Got my rear seat back with new leather. Seat was pulled out tusday and reinstalled friday. All good. No run around, covered pa daw ng warranty. Kudos to Chevy Otis.

My LTZ just had 15k PMS this October , change fully synthetic oil to semi synthetic, requested clean only air filter, added engine wash. ..total amount of 11k plus. Should have been 18k.

Btw engine wash was just an add-on...1200php yata if my memory serves me right.

PMS scope of work is found in your manual. The things above were the ones I modified to lessen cost.

I dont notice any difference in so far as driving is concerned. Fully synthetic oil is quite expensive and if the recommendation is for a change oil every 5k kms then semi synthetic will do. You can also use fully aynthetic and have a change oil every 10k kms.

Have you done your 1st PMS at 10K also? Here overseas, the first PMS is at 1k (free from the dealer) then 5k or 7.5k depending on the oil you are using.

Same here. The first1k km checkup is free then every 5k thereafter for the regular pms which I pay 10k php on the average. The manual however says pms at every 10k but the dealers recommend every 5k kasi pangit daw road networks natin.
