This is what my company told me thats why I cant get the vehicle even though i f!*#!*# paid for it with my own money already:

per RA 4136,section 5.a--No motor vehicle shall be used or operated on or upon any public highway of the Philippines unless the same is properly registered for the current year in accordance with the provisions of this Act.

If that's what the law says, we can't use our newly bought cars pala habang wala pang CSR.

I was informed by numbah5 that , we, no LTO Plates are not exempted from coding? kasi sinita raw sya sa makati ,though no ticket issue, verbal warning lang.
Honestly even a little consideration I don't entertain this idea, yung last digit ng conduction sticker will serves as the basis daw. I remember sa Monty nangyari yan sa akin dahil almost one month na yung Purchase Receipt, ganon din verbal warning lang, ano say ninyo????.

Matagal na sir 'to. Especially in Makati, vehicles with no plates will have their coding schedules via their conduction stickers.

Here's a reference, (Section 2. Coverage and Application)

License plates include Vanity License Plates (VLP) and the Optional Motor Vehicle Special Plates (OMVSP) issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and, for the purpose of implementation of the UVVRP, the last numerical digit of the same shall determine the day the vehicle is covered by the UVVRP. Without prejudice to applicable LTO rules on the matter, the last digit of the unexpired and valid conduction stickers issued by the LTO to newly acquired vehicles shall be considered in the implementation of the UVVRP.

This UVVRP scheme was supposed to be a temporary one while there was a frenzied infra build up in the metropolis if I recall at the time that those flyovers were being constructed. It did make sense as in theory you take out 20% volume and voila, you have better flowing traffic. However, MMDA decided to make this a "permanent solution" and that is where it became part of the problem instead of the solution. This is akin to VAT where they were supposed to reduce the income tax bracket rates to counter the VAT-induced increase in levies and net burden to the masa but they choose to forget about it, but I digress.

Most people just can't take our public transport system ( I can't as well) so they decided to get another cheap car as "fill-in" cars. This was the time also when those 2nd-hand cars from Subic proliferated and RHD at that. Nowadays, these fill-in cars are likely those compact cars. So instead of reducing traffic volume, it stayed at its current level and even increase during the 10-3 window when UVVRP is lifted and those "off-the-road" cars hit the streets..

I have seen several columns suggesting to remove this UVVRP but I doubt if MMDA would bite.

Do you know na may QR code ang bawat TB natin? You can see it sa may lower lefthand corner (driver's side) of the windshield. Mejo maliit lang ang it's installed inside. Kaya madaling malaman or ma-trace just in case ma-carnap.

Ayan makukuha mo group buy price basta banggitin mo Trailblazer club. Going to goldcars is easy. From quezon avenue coming from edsa, turn right at banawe then at the 4th intersection, turn right. Goldcars is immediately to the right after you've turned right.
