The gas version is the one to buy. Cheaper than the top spec Avanza

the Diesels are way overpriced

when it comes to power generators... india is known for making poor quality diesel engines....

Nagpapaniwala naman kayo agad kay arsen na kilalang anti Chevy. In house kaya ng Chevy ang 1.3L diesel. Saw it already, it sports both a GM badge and a VM Motori badge like the Trailblazer and Colorado. VM Motori is 50% owned by GM and 50% owned by Fiat.

if it comes from chongqing plant in china, 2nd biggest engine manufacturer in china... known manufacturers yan ng OEM engines for gensets and for marine engines.... if the engine comes from there... sigurado heavy duty yan.... kaso nga lang chongqing only manufacture large engines... usually used for marine and industrial purposes.... diesel engines like V8,V12 AND V16 ENGINES and above....

My parents bought one yesterday at Trinoma! Chevy North EDSA ang dealer. After 2weeks daw makukuha ang unit. 1.5gas, 6 speed AT ang kinuha nila.

^ang sabi 2nd week of September pa daw. Kasi ang dumating na units puro diesel variants... Di lang namin alam kung may ibang dealerships na may 1.5gas a/t variants na.

It is official. My parents settled for the Avanza! Kinuha na nila yung 1.5 G na A/T. Di na sila makapaghintay sa Spin. Sinusubukan namin tawagan si Ms Lhen Mendoza of Chevy Balintawak, can't be reached yung 3 contact numbers niya. Nag email nalang kami regarding the cancellation at kung pano makuha reservation fee... Sayang, pero happy naman parents ko sa purchase nila ngayon.... Abang abang pa din ako sa thread na ito. Kasi promising sana ang Spin.

I just read the Chevrolet Spin review by C! magazine. The only downside according to them, is that Chevy isn't offering AT for the diesel variant haha.
