Yung Gas, that was for four days (Wednesday to Saturday) last week. Average ng 250 per day, so 1k per week. 1.5 bars per day ang bawas sa gas meter. Route is Kawit-Cavitex-Coastal-Baclaran-Roxas-Kalaw papunta, and Kalaw-Roxas-Diosdado-Coastal-Cavitex-Kawit pabalik. With traffic eveytime, lalo na sa Kalaw, Roxas, Diosdado, & tollbooths. If you ask me, I think the FC is really good. Especially since we're expecting it to improve after the break-in period.

Oh, and roomy sya sa loob for my Family.

tinest drive mo ba muna yong spark mo bago mo sya pinarelease?

Nope, pinadeliver ko nalang sa office. Nakakahiya nga eh, hehe, agaw eksena. Lahat nagsabi ang cute daw, which is true, hehe.

And ang dali nyang i-drive, hindi ako nanibago from driving a heavy-duty 4x4 Camry (our old car). At first natakot akong matagalan sa pag-gamay ng driving kasi IŽll be driving it for the first time dun sa route na minention ko kanina without having driven it before, pero it went really well. Super nice and QUIET talaga. Feel na feel ko sya, lol. Epal nga ako eh, kasi kapag may shonga sa daan, be it a driver or a pedestrian, binubusinahan ko. Obnoxious ako magdrive. lol. Pero safe driver parin. :-) and nagbibigay ako sa ibang cars din.

I remember nung camry ang dinadrive ko, siga ako sa daan, kasi malapad ang camry and luma na sya, yung tipong gasgado at pangbarako na carebears kung magasgasan. Kaya i didn't mind making singit or mang-ipit or makipagsabayan sa mga bus. pero sa Chevy I adjusted well in knowing na I should be more careful :-)

If you want to test drive yours, go ahead, if you'll find peace of mind when you do, as long as you're happy and don't regret anything in the end :-)

Hi, so sorry, people. I just need to correct this. The average is 2.0 - 2.5 bars, not 1.5 bars per day. :-)

But still economical compared to other cars, like the camry for one, where I once needed to fill it up twice in one day at five hundred pesos per visit to the station! So yung one day ko sa Camry, four days ko sa Spark :-)

Are you losing coolant? Are you overheating? If the answer to either question is no, then there's no need to add more coolant.

You're not supposed to add water to the system because modern cooling systems are built to run coolant at high pressure. Water boils at a lower temperature than the regular coolant-water mix, so adding more water to dilute the coolant already there is a big no-no.

For safety, nagdadala nalang ako ng mineral water with me everytime I drive.

Just keep a bottle of pre-mixed coolant (of the right color, mind you, in the right concentration) with you when you go out for a drive. They won't know the difference. Don't ever add mineral water! Mineral water, as per the name, has minerals in it... which can form sediments and scale in your cooling system. The only safe stuff to add is distilled water or coolant. Better if you add pre-mixed coolant because you're not changing the coolant-water ratio of your cooling system.

It's normal for coolant levels to go down after you've driven in hot traffic, as some of ti naturally evaporates. Just make sure your level is always at least at the minimum level when the car is cold. (COLD, meaning, first thing in the morning)

tip lang bro, wag maniniwala ng husto sa SA. kung ako sayo, pede mong kausapin yung service centers nila. pero wag SA when it comes to car maintenance.
