Hi niky, with regards with the unions, how ironic, we have one of the most liberalized economies in Asia and yet we are hounded by communist unions...
sino kaya ang benefactor/model ng mga unyon na ito..China?
Whereas, China is one of the few remaining Communist countries in the world, and yet no communist union err...capitalist unions....I thought Communism is also called Dictatorship of the Proletariats (Workers)...ironic, bawal mag-union ang workers....
Plain and simple, no genuine manufacturing industry, no forward and backward linkages ang mga industriya dito re: industries puro assembly, importation-- no genuine economic development. Ang tagal na ng trickle down effect ng "successful"
(7 years of positive growth daw)liberalized, globalized but highly import dependent call center/telecom, consumer led economic model ng bansa natin
A Chery vehicle is one of the symbols of the economic might of China-formerly dirt poor but now a country with an economy with a blistering growth rate.
Currently, China, Japan and even Malaysia are not only competing in high technology electronics and motor vehicle manufacturing (status symbol of advanced industrialized countries) but now in space technology.
Pardon me Niky, Pinas kaya ano?Hanggang consumer, auto reviewer or endorser na lang ng cellphone at foreign vehicles? Sana naman hindi. Sayang, honestly, there are alot of Tsikoteers here who are world-class talents who can build a cellphone and a vehicle from scratch.Last edited by jpdm; October 27th, 2007 at 12:17 AM.

There's a misnomer there. China is not and has never been "poor".
It's the Chinese people who are poor. But thanks to recent liberalization of business there, there's a rapidly growing middle class... but those who are really growing rich off of this development are the Communist Party and their friends.
Malaysia isn't that poor, but not so long ago, they weren't any richer than the Philippines.
I honestly don't know how we can translate recent "economic development" into something that means more to more pinoys... but I do know that nothing will happen until the government pays more attention to the fundamentals and less to political bickering.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

October 28th, 2007 09:24 PM #694There are Chery vehicles now running here in the middle east. It really surprises me seeing them on the road because they really look like known brands. If their vehicles can survive the heat and dust here, then they surely would change the balance of car sales in in ME.

Grabe ibang klaseng pamasko yan ha...
Here's another one: And why I insist on going higher up on the allowable viscosity than what...
Mineral , semi synthetic or fully synthetic?
