may basbas naman ng US yan pagkaka-copyright infringement ng China sa tingin ko. kaya Shanghai is being groomed as the next best city in the world. lapit na matapos pinakamataas na tower dun surpassing petronas.
so I hope these cars come to our shores para naman magkaroon na ng affordable cars for the masa. the more affordable our cars are, the more productive our citizens will become.
too bad for the countries with pride like US and Europe, lalo lang tatalino ang mga pinoy. just like what cellphones did to us.
I mean ano ba naman ang use ng cars, it's just a tool from A to B.

That's pure BS. Go Chinese!!!
Little-known fact. When the United States was just starting out as a country in the 1800s, they also blatantly disregarded British patents for things like steam engines, printing presses, and other mechanical devices.
Why? the US justified this by saying they could not afford to respect the IPR of Great Britain, and if they did, they would be unable to "catch up" economically and technologically.
Now the shoe's on the other foot and they're all holier-than-thou.
What's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.

But we are living in the 21st century now. :fyi:
Let's turn the table shall we... if the invention of a Filipino inventor gets copied by a Western multinational company despite a patent I am 99.9% sure that most of us here screaming bloody hell and would be calling for a boycott of the said firm.
If we don't respect the ideas and rights of other human beings - then respecting other "mundane" things like the law and the constitution becomes a suggestion rather than a given.Last edited by mazdamazda; June 5th, 2007 at 04:43 PM. Reason: grammar

June 5th, 2007 05:29 PM #56But what exactly is copyright infringement? I have seen linux softwares that work almost exactly like windows of software that works exactly like word or excell, yet they are not considered copyright infringements. I have also seen japanese cars that look almost the same as european cars and they are not considered as infringements. I also have seen AMD microchips with almost the same functionality as Intel chips, would you say that there was a copyright violation? Unfortunately in the real world, its hard to prove intellectuall piracy. Mas madali iyong trademark piracy. Of course the way the chinese copied it, is more blatant. Pero Di ba ganoon din ang AMC Hummer dito and the CJ7 renegade, kopya sa American design? In the field of Industrialization one first has to:
1. Study
2. Copy
3. Produce
4. Learn
5. Produce your own design.
The British, Germans, Americans, Japanese, Taiwanese, Koreans were all guilty of these. Now the Chinese are doing it. In a little while, they will be a powerhouse in Car Manufacturing in the whole world. Tayo puro Batikos ang ginagawa, pero saan na tayo? I do wish the chinese car manufacturers success para bumaba naman ang presyo ng kotse. We really don't have to buy it if we don't like it, but the nice thing about it is that we are given more options and choices, and for some poor people, its their only choice of car.

o kaya ser yung 30% Down mo sa orig e full payment na samin wala ka na utangPag yung customer nag tanong kung ano safety features...ang sagot e...ser sa presyo na yan wag ka na maghanap ng kung ano ano pa kalabisan na yun..
