THINK TWICE before buying.... don't get me wrong I love my car (QQ311MT). Base on my experience, service ng chery SUCKS!!! tulad na lang isang example ko, I tried pa service yung car ko sa CHERY LIBIS pero tinangihan ako dahil hindi ko daw dun binili yung car ko... and to make thing worst pa, bumalik ako kung saan ko binili yung car, syempre since madaming problem yung car madami din akong complains sabi sa akin mismo ng car dealer "ano ine-expect mo sa china made cars?". Hindi ko lang sure kung same treatment nila sa iba kasi sa case ko I paid the car in full...

Chinese dude, you should write a letter to their head office in Buendia Makati and give the name of the guy who said this. Customer service should remain supreme.

actually, I already did complaine sa head office ng chery over the phone, may nakausap ako yung manager ata ng makati branch I think it was mark or whatever his name is.. Kaso deadma lang nangyari parang nagtuturuan lang yung mga branches (HUGAS KAMAY SA MGA PROBLEM ANG ISEWAY MAKATI BRANCH). They don't give you importance after mo bumili ng car or even take seriously yung problem ng customer.

LATEST UPDATE

nakuha ko na yung licence plate ko after 3 1/2 months and hindi pa sya lalabas kung hindi ko kinulit ang LTO, iseway makati (main branch), banch kung saan ko binili yung car.

LESSON LEARNED: Kelangan customer pa pala mag follow-up ng status and yung mga requirements ng licence plate para makuha kagad. Tamad kasi yung mga staff ng chery to do their job efficiently.

Already travelled 5500 sa car ko so nag first car maintence ako sa branch ko.. Nagulat ako kasi HINDI PALA LIBRE ANG LABOR SA CHERY!!! nag pa-change oil pati oil filter which talaga naman may bayad, but LABOR meron din???? And masakit pa sa nangyari bago ako bumili ng car assured pa ng dealer ko na libre and maintence and labor (meaning LIAR!! sila).

LESSON LEARNED: if you want to be charge around 1,000 sa labor then chery is your car... (kala ko ibang bagay lang may hidden charges pati pala chery meron)

Anyways im still enjoying my QQ, its fun to drive pero in the first 30 mins of driving eh awkward ako mahirap palang maglipat lipat from SUV to QQ hehe.

I can make singit anywhere and park easily. Going uphill in Filinvest 2 me area doon na mataas from Gate 3 to Gate 2. In the beginning i find it hirap umakyat later on kailangan lang pala timpla and diskarte paahon pagka naka matic mode ka.

No mechanical or electrical failures encoutered so far and I clocked around 3200 plus mileage na. It still in the average of 14-15 KM/L city driving using Vpower of Shell.
