Hindi ko lang sure kung same treatment nila sa iba kasi sa case ko I paid the car in full...

Actually base on experience, what you have mentioned is true for all made in china brand now. The warranty and quality really stinks.

Buti pa yung gawa dito sa Pinas.

Anyway, maybe when this Chinese auto firm starts producing cars here in the Philippines mahaluan ng local parts and technology ( from MVPMAP-batteries (motolite), magwheels (rota), tires (goodyear o yokohama), glass (asahi glass) radiators and other metal parts (roberts) upholstery (leder) (or transfer of tehnology) baka tumibay at gumanda ang kalidad ng Chinese cars dito.

Well, I mentioned this because, my friend (bought from a small dealer in cavite)just spend a big amount putting these things except the radiator ans glass in his chery.

Well, another friend just bought a chery here in Dasmarinas, cavite.

Another friend bought a Wuling van, ayun woe to him

    TIA.

hindi ko lang sure kung ma void warranty ng car pero base on my experience mas maganda takbo ng makina ng chery car pag 95+ octane gamit. Ginagamit ko kasi Vpower ng shell and the car is running smooth, compare sa 93+ octane na parang kapos yung makina.

Siguro kaya maganda service pa nila dati kasi gusto nila mag encourage ng buyers pero ngayon SERVICE SUCKS!!!! and ikaw kasi first customer nila kaya ganun na lang kaganda service nila sayo.... (PEACE)

Actually the car itself is good pati fuel consumption nya ok pero pag SERVICE ang pag uusapan prepare for the WORST, good luck na lang to us....

    LATEST UPDATE:

Lost my spare car key and syempre nag ask ako sa dealer ko, nakausap ko yung dealer ko and do all of you know how much sisingilin sa akin for a stupid spare key???? around 20,000 lang naman..... So what I did is ask sa main branch it turns out na around 3,000 - 5,000 lang pala price nya pati lock system ng car...

    LESSON LEARNED:
don't be too trusting sa mga dealer they tend to make a profit out of you....

    scary face..
pero in terms of safety? ayoko na muna magtiwala sa cars nila. maybe id let them have at least 5+yrs sa automotive market bago ako magtake ng second look

ewan ko pero merong mga nacu-cute-tan sa chery cars marami din nawiwirdohan at napapangitan. siguro isa na ko sa mga napapangitan pero i love how the qq looks hehe!

interested po kyo sa van na yan? meron ako nakita sa nissan alabang chana cars, akala ko nga yan yung van na yun eh kasi halos the same. try to check it out na lang. i wonder why are there chana cars displayed dun sa parking area ng nissan. pwede kasing booth ng chana or 2nd hand na mga yun pero mga mukang bago pa..

Sabagay wait and see muna. I read in Top Gear mas pulido daw Chery kesa sa Chana.

As for safety, looks like it might tip over sa turns.

    Hello All,

I just saw at Iseway Philippines web site that the QQ has increased prices:

    349K for 308MT
    399K for 308AMT
    389K for 311MT

Hmm this new pricing doesn't look attractive anymore since 399K for the 308AMT is basically 400K already the same as the Alto (or am I mistaken).

We bought our QQ308AMT last September and so far so good. And it cost 379K then so that was what really made us decide to go for it. Since that time we've already clocked 8000+ KM. My wife takes it to work everyday and its a 50KM round trip for her Monday to Friday so I guess bugbog talaga ang QQ namin. Sayang lang that our dealer now has more colors to choose from while we got stuck with the apple green version. But me wife likes the shade so I can't complain really.

Performance wise minsan kapos yung makina. I have two incidents where the car stopped midway going up a ramp. After that I learned that you had to disengage the AMT to relly go up a ramp. Suspension is not really the best and maawa ka pag may lubak ka nadaanan at medyo mabilis ang takbo mo (20kph uboh.. uboh..)

In the end this is a car that you get your money's worth and some. Despite its shortcomings we love our car because this is our first real family car. We will probably get a bigger and better car in the future but we will never forget our QQ!

    Van Joe

We purchased our V5 on December 2007 sa iseway branch buendia makati...

so far no problem and we really liked it... kahit san kami mapunta baguio or kahit ano matarik na lugar kayang kaya...

with 2.0 acteco dohc engine walang problema

euro standard and porma pati mga ilaw.... it looks like audi na kapag nasa daan ka titingnan ka ng ibang auto lalo na kapag black kasi mukhang euro car eh hindi pa naman kilala chery dat time nung nabili namin. sabi kasi kami daw una naglabas hehe

smooth performance tlga... nice acon unit with digital thermostat... ABS and airbag sys.... 6 cd changer radio pro hindi nga lang mp3. spacious pa sa loob hindi siksikan...and yung play ng car sa lubak and hump that's what i like smooth para kang naka pajero.... maski hindi mo bagalan sa lubak parang hindi ka nadaan sa lubak.. unlike innova and other crossover car ng ibang brand... bet innova nd v5 id rather choose v5.. mas mura na mas ok pa performance nakasakay nako sa innova masikip sa loob eh....

with regards to compact cars QQ, picanto, alto and othter i compared the specs before kasi pinagaralan ko ang mga auto ng chery qq is much beter ang qq engine kasi 4 in line dohc engine.. sa iba 3-4 inline sohc lang.... di ko alam sa steering and suspension

my bro may tiggoo naman sya... sa kanya naman nagka prob clutch sys paano tinuruan ang asawa sa baguio magdrive panay patarik ayun sunog! ut the good thing wala kami binayaran all expense by the company... the rest ok naman

and we're planning to buy qq for city driving! hahaha kaso hindi mabenta isa naming auto....

now ko lang nalaman na may thread na ganito sa tsikot its my pleasure to share mine...
