    True. Problem here is, sometimes if you have a regular employee they tend to become laxed and lazy, because they know that you can't just fire them unless you pay them a substancial amount... a separation pay (in a way its a way the labor department protects employees) or they'll go to the Department of Labor and complain. We'll thats from experience here, I not really familiar with all the details of the Labor Law. So please correct me if am wrong.

    ...depende sa nature ng business but should still coincide with labor laws. like samen, may certain metrics at expectations ang employer sa employee na agreed upon (its not enough that they come to work, they should do their job right).

    hay naku isang araw nanaman ang makikita visor namin dito...salamat sa lahat ng reply..feeling namin kaya hindi sinasaway ng manager yung visor bukod nga sa close sila kasi mas older yung visor kesa sa kanya kaya siguro nahihiya...kung alam nyo lang talaga...patience is a virtue nga ang motto dito eh...pag iisipan ulit namin pano isend yung email dun sa EVP..sabi ko nga minsan sa sarili ko, pag ako talaga nainis, aakyat na ako at magsusumbong na ako...impulse decision ba?

    let the manager take care of her. if he doesn't, sya rin naman mahihirapan... may non-performing employee siya that is just eating up his budget.

    alamo nyo ba kapag mawala kami ng ka-officemate ko dito, malulumpo ang QC ng mongol!!!panu wala naman siya alam sa ginagawa namin eh...kung aasa kami sa manager naku, walang mangayayari...pero diba unfair naman un na hindi siya nagwowork? kaya namin siya gsto isumbong para magkajustice d2 sa company eh...

    they will realize that in their own sweet time... take it from me... sooner or later they will discover her incompetence.

    btw, try going on a leave for a week. see what happens...

    Naku wag na wag mo gagawin yan, you might regret it. Thing is your dealing with a senior employee and she has is close with the manager and maybe the boss, this is where office politics comes in, usually it isn't fair and you've got to be patient... really really patient. Usually pag may kalokohan yan malalaman yan eventually.

    don't. baka malakas ung manager sa higher ups, which might explain why she's still there despite her incompetence. if you do complain openly, and by some miracle di sya natanggal...you'll have a new best friend in the office ;)

    kung magsusumbong ka man, wag lantaran.

    btw, if she's not supervising/managing well, who is? is there someone who's doing her job *for* her?

    badkuk, kami na nga gumagawa LAHAT ng trabaho sa QC..kahit mga reports na dapat siya gumagawa, samin na inassign ng manager kasi daw nadedelay...feeling ko hindi talaga magkakaron ng justice d2...plan nga namin ng officemates ko try namin sabay2 wag pumasok, tingnan lng natin kung may magagawa siya...for sure wala...

    sa manager lang talaga siya close, sa top management wala kasi nga takot siya sa EVP namin..pag bibisita sa QC yung, maghahanap ng gagawin at magpapanggap na busy siya....

    tsinita, gsto mo ng mongol?sale d2 eh...hehehe..crayola meron din...hehehe..sawa na nga ako sa itsura ng mga school suppplies...heehhe..

    gusto na nga namin subukan eh..baka itapat namin kapag mag absent ako kasi pupunta HK wid my folks..kaso sa may pa un medyo tagal pa...
    so far today wala parin siya ginagawa as usual....chika chika lang..himala lang bihira siya sa telepono...
