I'm seeking the help of kind hearted people who has some first hand information on how to go about this.

This is for my brother who is currently working as an I.T technician for the Department of Defense and assigned in the middle-east. He specializes in Pc, Laptop and network maintenance both in LAN based and Wi-Fi.

He would like to live and work in Australia (any part). I've done some research over the Net but it seems experience or actual references would be the best basis for us to make the right moves.

I would really appreciate any advice.
