BTT, work from home until end of year. I'm performing better during WFH, kasi nga hindi ako nagmamadali umuwi, mas marami ako natatapos, pag office kasi pag palo ng 5 I'm swiping na my proximity card at the exit [emoji23]. My boss even suggested that if everything went back to normal that I go half a week work in office and half work from home. [emoji16]

It's amazing to me that in the middle of the pandemic and this set up, we've been consistently hitting targets and performing well, exceeding our performance nung normal days. Our leaders has said it already that we seem to be thriving with the wfh set up.

Our company gave up 2 floors in our building. Even after the pandemic, it looks like 50% of the workforce will be WFH na since we have less work stations

If I choose to stay with the company, I can WFH until there is a vaccine. Our company is NOT doing well so they are looking for more cost savings (not enough na yung rent for 2 floors)
