bleeding gums? listerine total care works fantastic. get the zero alcohol version. I remember kags was promoting gargling? it does work for me.

if you are covid negative and the dentist is covid negative, and the clinic hadn't had a patient in three months,
it's probably safe for you to have a dental procedure.
