I'm listening sa leadership meeting ni True Green and they are discussing hiring and attrition in their company. The leaders were told to do a hygiene check because one of the leaders who works on site 100% said that a lot of employees do not want to work on site which triggers resignation.
Another, they do check social media of potential hires and resignees! One of the leaders said na hindi ma check yung iba because they don't use their real name LOL! Napaisip tuloy ako, I use my real naman but there's nothing to see in my profile because it's private
Iwas din pala sila sa mga babae na may small children because they tend to resign din when they can't manage home and work life na (considering na WFH pa sila)
Feeling ko employee na ko sa office ni True Green e HAHAHA. So after his call I said, here are the take aways... HAHAHA! Anyway I've been out of corporate for 3 yrs but it keeps me from getting rusty.

Yung mga less productive employee dapat i request for RTO.
If mag resign dahil sa RTO, at least you are slowly purging these type of employees.
If productive naman whilw WFH, let them continue.
At least this is a reward for those productive employee.
May ibang employee din naman na gusto mag RTO, especially if marami ding inspiration dun sa office.
Ma bored din yan if wala ng kausap sa bahay.
Performance evaluations? Yung iba 3 times a year yung iba quarterly ginagawa yan. Pag mababa grade maybe RTO na.

Fo IT companies lang ata applicable yan.
Wala na yan bros. PEZA registered export services are supposedly 100% RTO na. Of course, hindi sumonod lahat, and PEZA is trying to be accommodating as much as possible. For IT-BPO registered companies who are also registered under BOI are allowed a 100% WFH.
