    where will you invest if you have 500,000 pesos?
    a) banko - time deposit? mababa interest
    b) negosyo? ano naman?
    c) casino? pulutin ka sa kangkongan
    d) do u know where to make good profit - like ride on nalang..
    share naman dito..

    a) first investment would be in a bank. all banks today offer low interest rates due to our horrific economic situation. No I would not put it in a time deposit. Probably I would place it in treasury bonds or bills. Another option would be to speculate on buying USD. I would exchange my 500T to the black market and wait for the peso to slide.

    b) as of now ayoko im not much of a risk taker

    c) Why not? If i would be a financier in a casino I will take the risk. Kaya lang minsan buhay mo nakataya.

    Pero if you ask me kung gusto mo sureball mag speculate ka nalang ng USD

    if i had money: i'd invest in stocks, land, dollars, mutual funds and somesort of personal business - food, grocery store... something

    if you have large amount of money in bank and you dont want to invest it in a business venture... why not put it in a time deposit account to earn a slightly more in interest?

    buy a piece of real estate in a good location. LOT ONLY ha, walang bahay. by the time you sell it laki na ng appreciation nyan.

    lalo na sa mga new subdivisions pag phase 1 pa lang mura ang bentahan. pag nasa phase 3-4-5 na yan yung nabili mo sa phase 1-2 doble na presyo, all in a short span of time.

    yung nabili ko last december installment ko kinuha, total na naibayad ko pa lang is 100k and i got it at P3000/sqm. now the price is P3900/sqm. since the lot is 230 sqm that is a difference of 230 x (3900-3000) = P207,000. if i sell it now my total investment of only 100k in less than a year will earn me that 207k, so x3 na pera ko 10 months pa lang.

    check mo kung tama math ko ha. 230 sqm property at 3k/sqm = 690k cash.
    total reservation = 20k. monthly amortization = 7800 x 10 months = 78k. total paid to date = 98k.

    if i sell now at 3900/sqm, 230 x 3900 = 897k.

    897-690 = 207k profit. puhunan ko 98k pa lang.

    di ko pa ibenta kasi tumataas pa eh, nasa phase 3 yun. yung sa phase 1 kasi 6k/sqm na ang price.

    of course pag cash mo kunin yung property mas maliit ang ROI mo kasi you start with a big investment right away. kaya ako installment ako kumuha para small capital, easier to sell, bigger returns AND wala pa ako transfer papers to worry about since the property is still in the name of the developer. transfer of rights lang ang need ko na gawin.
