Yayaman ka naman talaga sa MLM provided that you satisfy the requirements, namely "sipag at tyaga" aka sipagan mo pag recruit.

The truth is, whether you join an MLM or not there will be movement or flow of money from many to few, its inevitable sa dami ng pinoy na madaling umasa, the trick here is where you position yourself in this pyramid. Plus dapat matibay kunsensya mo na makita na maraming nabigo at konti lang yumaman sa business na ito, either that or you have to be naive enough to not realize where your money came from.

Pero ewan...wow..di parin ako sumali...latak nalang talaga pag now na 6 years na company nila...pero I'm really contemplating on trying this field...na paradigm shift ako e..lol

Get back to him again in a few years time and see what happens with the MLM life... Do you really think all he's showing you is for real and will be there forever? Heck even the real-deal successful businessmen i know wouldn't think to buy an uber exotic vehicle and show it off; some are guys who have billions in their account and asset count... heck I personally know of one who even avoids Thursday meetings because his car is banned on that day, but he has his own building and houses in most of the name-game subdivisions in the Metro.

If you ask me, you're better off with your own real deal business that maintains a consistent honest income/cash flow. Mas mahirap to manage a real business and you probably may not get that R8 but is that what defines happiness? Call me ma-pride but overall i feel that i'm still happier with my life then those guys i know who try to show that they're living the fantastic life with their MLMs. I don't have to go out of my way to show off and I don't have to prove to everyone that I'm doing okay, and "look-at-me I'm friggin successful, how about you"?

    wrong

Yeah but still the founder henry sy lang yayaman at mga nauna, mga bossings din ang yayaman, bottom of the pyramid the lower echelon di rin kikita masyado liit suweldo,so its also similar in a way..looks familiar..

the part na maglalabas ka ng pera na kailangan mo mabawi through recruitment, pero di ka na kikita like those ng nauna, valid, yes. But aint that also applicable in any business? For example in a barangay ten years ago magtayo ka water station kikita ka, but now in one street 3-4 ang water stations medyo malabo ka na humabol sa established na..pwede pero medyo uphill climb, you shelled out P1M...pag lugi? o di naka bawi? na scam ni agua vida? looks familiar but nobodys complaining..pero naglabas ng 10k sa kit di naka recruit at naka bawi, scam?

As for the overpriced products, Landcruiser P4M+vs Pajero P2.8M and Nissan Patrol...same big ass SUV, same japanese makers..ganun naman diba kanya kanyang rason why iba ang price, may quality, mas maganda ride, mas maganda after service etc etc..pero may bumibili parin sa mahal at sa mura..na scam ba buyers ng land cruiser?

I really want a knockout blow answer that will destroy the mlm idea or concept.

Btw Im assuming that we are not talking about the pyramid schemes na walang product like baladjay and aman futures, Im assuming they are of a different category because there are no products involved..

no we are not talking about obvious scams like Aman

we're talking about MLMs that sell products like food supplements and personal care stuff --- stuff that you can also find in traditional retailers at lower prices

if it was an obvious scam it would have been shut down by the govt

diba the products make it legit?

the govt can't call it a scam coz meron product

but that doesnt mean there's no deception involved

the deception takes place during the recruiting process

the uplines make potential recruits believe they can become like them

in recruiting seminars the uplines tell prospective recruits they can also make hundreds of thousands or millions of pesos a month (yes that's possible but chances are slim and the uplines know it)

after the very convincing seminars prospective recruits get so excited they come up with the joining fee the next day

syempre nobody promised anyone anything so if a recruit doesnt make money di niya pwede sisihin ang MLM

that's what protects the MLMs --- they can always say it's the fault of the recruit when the recruit doesnt make money

but the uplines have achieved their objective --- they pulled in new joiners

that's what keeps a pyramid scheme alive -- a constant supply of new joiners

the goal isnt to sell products. the goal is to keep the pyramid growing for the benefit of those at and near the top

product sales follow coz every new recruit has to buy a sales kit

    the products are props

Ok..what you mean is the manner these ****heads recruit or sell or get members are the scammy part, like if you join, I drive a Bentley, you one day will also drive a Bentley...thats what makes it scammy..
