so for 120T at 4.8% 5 years lockup..

    4.8% x 5 = 24%

    120T x 24% = 28,800 for 5 years

minimum yan.. kasi kung hindi mo kukunin yung interest per year.. isasama yun sa principal..

    ok ang ETFs

instead of picking individual stocks you can get exposure to an entire sector or even the whole Phil. stock market

gawa sila ETF that tracks the PSE index. di ka na bibili ng single name stocks. just buy the ETF and you get exposure to the Phil. stock market

or let's say you want exposure to the mining sector -- you can buy an ETF that tracks the performance of mining companies

or if you want exposure to the banking sector -- you can buy an ETF that tracks the performance of banks

    ^^

wala pa... "expressed interest to roll out" palang sabi sa article

and it's not like a mutual fund or uitf that you enroll in

ETFs are traded like stocks. so they'll be listed on the PSE. bibili ka nyan sa stockbroker
