so for 120T at 4.8% 5 years lockup..
4.8% x 5 = 24%
120T x 24% = 28,800 for 5 years
minimum yan.. kasi kung hindi mo kukunin yung interest per year.. isasama yun sa principal..

Okay kaya talaga ito Uls if ever? This 2 are very strong banks IMO kasi kaya tempting indeed.
instead of picking individual stocks you can get exposure to an entire sector or even the whole Phil. stock market
gawa sila ETF that tracks the PSE index. di ka na bibili ng single name stocks. just buy the ETF and you get exposure to the Phil. stock market
or let's say you want exposure to the mining sector -- you can buy an ETF that tracks the performance of mining companies
or if you want exposure to the banking sector -- you can buy an ETF that tracks the performance of banks

and it's not like a mutual fund or uitf that you enroll in
ETFs are traded like stocks. so they'll be listed on the PSE. bibili ka nyan sa stockbroker
