Although allowed to refuse an order, hindi tama. For one, nagbabayad ng shipping fee ang merchant as mentioned. Two, natulog (for at least 2 weeks) yung product na dapat nabili na ng iba. Possible din na masira yung product during transit.

I am a regular buyer in lazada for the past 5 years or more. I dont see it as unfair to the merchant or to the rider if I avail of what is legally allowed and offered by lazada as part of its business model. It is entirely a different story though if one is gullible enough to order on a whim and changes his mind the next minute.

Deleted my olx account cause i dont want them to be migrated to carrousel. Been reading reviews and most of them are not good.
