i live in another village beside vista real... malayo naman payatas/landfill dito...

Hindi ko nga alam kung san nanggagaling yung mabahong amoy, pero pag nasa may Royal Place amoy minsan lalo na pag umaga. Yan din sinabi ni kaibigan ko na taga Tivoli nung nagpapagawa kami ng house noon. Buti di naman umaabot sa VRC.

v22: were you looking at the 3storey house near the covered courts? yun lang alam ko forsale dun sa area. Mayron din ata for sale na house sa Stockholm st dati at around 20M furnished. Check mo din sa Queensland street sa Phase 4 baka may for sale na house dun.

Phase 4 is on the right side when your going towards the clubhouse. If you're on Stockholm st going to the clubhouse, turn right Brisbane st. Dyan yata start ng Phase 4. Dito sa Phase 4 may sarili kami roving guard pag gabi. Dami pa available lots dito. Ikot ikot ka lang.

^ dunno how much, all i know is that my tita got a house and lot for 11M++. Maganda dun security and utilities accesibility. usually nakatira dun lawyer, doctor (yung street nila isang helerang doctor), actors/actresses.

we seemed to have found "the lot" in vista real classica phase II. We are still mesmerized by the place... Somebody slap me in the face and sight out the cons, i will be working daily in manila but still i can imagine myself loving going back home to that place everyday.
