in our non-BPI bank,
the knaves still fall in line.
but the favored accounts can go to the manager's table, or walk straight to the teller, over the heads of the knaves...
nahihiya ako, so i bring along reading material, get my costumer number, and wait for my queue. when the manager encourages me to assert my account, i just wave my magazine, "ok lang po. i came prepared".
besides, their aircon is good.
