buying cash is the cheaper way to go.

He meant for installment buyer, like for those who has business because buying in cash, you already loss your money...

instead, they opt to have it in installment then the remaining cash (of the whole amount for cash payment) will be used in business...

This is why the government doesn't put any effort to teach us financial literacy. Its so good to do business here.

How Much Money Does the Typical Filipino Keep in His Bank Account?
The Philippines still has a low savings rate.

The average bank balance of most Filipinos is less than P5,000.

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP)'s latest report (2017) on the State of Financial Inclusion shows 62 percent of all deposit account holders in the country only keep P5,000 and below in their bank balances.

kaya nung kasag-sagan ng pandemic madami nagbentahan bahay lote.

Cash is king but not all the time kasi paano kung wala ka mabili food?

madami pera pero paano kung ahyaw ka bentahan ng pagkain.

Thats why the future is to have your own farm.

It's not that easy. You have to be there regularly, magbi biyahe ka talaga at yung mga tauhan mo mapagkakatiwalaan mo. Kami we are selling our agri land na, magtitira na lang ng siguro 1 or 2

i can do a farm. so can many physicians, i imagine. in fact, a number of them already do.
but who's gonna cater to the public's health needs?
are you willing to go to my barn, for medical care?
