    for those worth $10K to $100K, the house and motor vehicles are their most valuable assets

    from $10M up, the house and cars make up a smaller percentage of total assets while businesses are a larger percentage

    Okay ba magkaron ng USD account na naka time deposit? I am thinking lang kasi if I should buy monthly USD and lagay ko sa USD account ko or invest ko na lang sa stocks kaya?

    Maliit lang interest rate ng bangko. Baka puwede pa palakihin mo ang travel business mo?

    re invest it on properties....assets whether liquid that are in the bank or land na di kumikita are non performing coz youre paying tax...hanap ka na foreclosed na commercial properties..improve them a bit and it will pay for itself
