    Yes it will be listed in the PSE on Dec 1 and yes the dividend is fixed based on issue price of 75 kesos less 10% tax, regardless if it goes down to 65. You can opt to sell anytime at market price less 0.99% charges. Dividend will be paid quarterly. There are risks of course.
