Are you selling a piece of property there?
Please PM me vicinity map and price, thanks.
Ay hindi ako nagbebenta. Hehe. Actually naghahanap din ako planning to build a house and sell it. Hehe.

Tagaytay lots are very pricey, for all the obvious reasons. If I may, I suggest you take a look at Amadeo or Mendez. Both are near Tagaytay, but real estate is priced a bit lower.
Here's a quick comparison, a choice 300 sqm lot along the Tagaytay ridge was selling for the equivalent price of a 2.4 hectare spread in San Diego, Lian, Batangas (a short ride downhill from Tagaytay).

Id prefer to build and sell city houses as those are necessities, whereas a tagaytay house is a vacation house and will most likely be customized.

Hehe

Suggest you do your due diligence by checking the most recent transactions for lots within the vicinity to see how values have appreciated. You can go to the Registry of Deeds for this. Also, talk to your bank since they have knowledge of property values in the area. The rapid rise of property values are influenced by several factors like accessibility from main roads, proximity to commercial establishments, institutional establishments, etc. Even acquisition by a major developer (i. e. Ayala Land) of land within the immediate area can raise values right away.

I'm interested in acquiring a property here in Tagaytay too. Bookmarked.

Its softens the concrete, the cemento.
PAg minamakati eh minamalas.
Poll: Is the drive up to Tagaytay still worth it?
Did you go there during the holidays?

Long weekends are supposed to be about two things, and two things only: rest and relaxation. It isn’t every day that a working adult’s schedule opens up like this, so naturally, we want to make the most of it.
“What better way to chill than with a quick drive up to Tagaytay for a hot meal, some cold air, and a great view?”
That’s the right thought, all right—10 to 15 years ago. These days? Frankly, you’re likely to spend hours on end stuck in traffic and tearing you hair out before even catching a glimpse of Taal Lake. And once you’re in the city proper? Cars, condos, and jam-packed parking lots.
It’s a lot to take in, and even more so if you managed to experience Tagaytay during its heyday in the ’90s. Urban development has its share of advantages: more accommodations, a kickass Starbucks branch, and even a giant ferris wheel (hooray?). But we’ll always prefer open roads, clean air, a fun drive, and a simple bowl of hot bulalo over these relatively minor conveniences.
With all this in mind, do you guys think the drives up to Tagaytay is still worth the trouble? Let us know by answering the poll below:

Jv Ejercito Miss the old Tagaytay when the places to go to where bahay kubos, naka delata, chips, barbecue and beer lang happy na!
Jv Ejercito Edwin Lee I dont like the big buildings, it ruined the landscape of Tagaytay.
Philip Santos The tolentinos are actually proud that they modernized tagaytay! As if it needs to be modern smh
Jay Jay SyCip Jv Ejercito yes you’re right. There should be a law protecting places like Tagaytay from over development and greed.

Im a tagaytay native...we hate the over development and the traffic that comes with it..the article is right, why go there just to eat lunch at rsm..bulalo is overrated, If you want to see taal..go to talisay and climb the mountain itself..all youll see in tagaytay is traffic and malls...

to see and be seen
the whole point is to be "in"
sarap daw ng feeling being able to keep up with other people
keep your paradise a secret
kaya huwag nalang mag post
coz what's the point in traveling if people don't know you did haha
Dapat ngayon, 4 lanes/direction na dapat kalsada to Tagaytay
The in-laws from tagaytay are staying here tomorrow...pray for me
