    Pag aaralan mo lang sa stocks eh cycle ng stock dividend and cash
    dividend. That is how I see it.

    how about fundamental analysis?

    how about technical analysis?

    how about market capitalization, P/E ratio, book value, earnings growth, debt-to-equity ratio, quality of management, market share etc

    Dividends are useless to be honest, kulangot lang yun and I don't even consider it on my decision process! One makes money by capital gains, aakyat ba or bababa... That is where technical analysis helps me a lot, to go LONG or SHORT...

    ang concept ni mark_t sa stocks yung stock certificate talaga

    buy and hold forever, collect dividends for life

    Inalok din ako ng Sunlife ng ganyang Fund, pero nung time na yun eh wala pa akong kaalam-alam sa ganyan. So hindi muna ako kumaha. Mahirap ng pumasok sa ganyan na hindi ko pa naiintindihan kahit yung taga-sunlife na ang nag-explain (syempre pabor sa kanila kung kukuha ka agad). So nagbasa-basa muna ako at nagtanong din dito sa tsikot. Ngayong naiintindihan ko (kahit paano ), baka susubukan ko rin, pero ipon muna ako ng konti.

    mga salespeople kasi ang alam lang nila kung ano tinuro sa kanila ng company

    memorize nila ang sales pitch, pag ganito ang tanong, ganito ang sagot...

    pinostpone ko muna yung pag open ng balanced fund. hintayin ko muna mag normalize yung NAVPS. Pababa ang trend e. Hintayin ko muna maging normal.

    tama sir uls.

    nababasa ko na rin yang mga yan. pakonti konti naiintindihan ko rin. Wala pa akong account sa citiseconline pero pinag aaralan ko na yung mga prospects ko. Gamit yang mga terms na binanggit mo.
