* flakez, 13th and 14th month pay, medical reimbursement, yearly rating bonus, 15days VL, 15 days SL, 3 EL, HMO (Maxicare Premium - 150k per sickness) flexibend, food and transpo allowance pag mid shift and night shift. ang promotion yearly depende sa rating, sa politics naman di ko pa sure kasi wala pa kong 1 year dito eh.
*chrismarte, No sir. hindi call center, actual software development, testing or support talaga. Parang accenture lang na kung iisipin mo call center pero software developer sa umaga. Sa chicks madami akong nakikita sa Technohub lalo na pag and2 yung Mercado(parang banchetto).
