Ok kaya to as investment? No plans on living there kasi may bahay naman kami. Purely investment lang. Nakikita ko kasi dami na nag paparent on a daily basis via airbnb. Ok kaya kita don?

Para kasing everybody has the same idea baka saturated naman ang business model.

Research first on the market needs. My thought is if maraming naka-advertise on air BNB then that may also mean hirap sila to find long-term lessees. Air BNB might give you higher returns but utilization of the unit will be erratic. Generally, you may want the lesser hassle of renting out directly on a term basis at a fixed rate.

If you want to earn from long-term rentals from a condo unit, it might be better to get one located in a CBD area and near a main transport line.

Would condos allow you to do BnB in the first place? You may need to check with their policies first, baka me issue with security since different people will be using your unit over time...

Up to now I still fear that that area near MOA will one day be reclaimed by the sea.

Anyways, I agree with picking an area near a CBD or university (the expensive kind). You may have to get parking for your unit too.

    Thanks for the replies.

Agree with the earlier posts here. You're better off getting a condo at the CBD or maybe in BGC.

Thanks! Mckinley hill kaya? Malapit din naman sa bgc na yun.

As of this writing nag check ako sa airbnb sa shell residences ng dec 30 to jan 2.

    Isip isip ulit.
