    P50,000x10=P500,000

monthly net income, conservative na kita sabi niyo P4.5k/month

    P4,500X10=P45,000/month

    P45,000x12 month=P540,000/year

so bawi na investment in 1 year lang....

P250k or P500k parang kang nag down payment lang ng brand new car or bumili ng secndhanda car..

This is very true sir kaya lang pagganito kailngan fulltime k sa business mo.

As for my case nag work kasi ako so balak ko magstart lang sa isa or dalawa for additional income at the same time as early as now nag stablish na ako ng business.

Ayoko kasi yung traditional way of thinking na kung kelan nawalan ng work & nag retire or nag resign saka magkukumahog maghanap ng business.

So medyo pagsasabayin ko kahit magsimula sa maliit.

Thanks to all sa mga infos & suggestions.

I think I will pursue sa business na ito.

Yup, kaso by that time, you'd probably be working in that business full time for it to run properly. And your overhead will be higher because you will need more staff to manage your 10 branches

Personally, I have a few shops (non-food) and the back-end operations (non store front) to manage the retail stores is quite a headache.

Basically, maganda ang foodcart business. My wife and I had started it 2 yrs ago. Kaya ung iba suggestion namin to get low rental fee pero at least strategic ung place like jeepney and trike station, near church or schools etc.

Our package is very minimal in cost inclusive na ang foodcart plus inventories with training pa! Actually we still have limited available locations for our customers to see para mas kumpleto. Infact, how we operate is similar to franchise but w/o paying franchise fee of 150-400k pesos.

Maganda ang kita sa foodcart pero just like other business, may konting risk ito and it's a lie to say na guaranteed na ang success mo dito. It will all depends on you...motivation, guts, and faith to God and advises from your lovedones na di ka ipapahamak.

Roughly nag rarange ang rental fee from 8k to 25k depende sa mall at location mo within the mall.
