konti lang naman kasi difference. just a few pesos. and also pag kailangan ko talaga at kailangan ko agad yung item (sometimes pag meron option na next day delivery pero may dagdag na P20, sige lang) pag malaki difference or not really a priority yung item (nagustuhan ko lang), siempre dun na rin ako sa mas mura.

Oh no. I am usually generous with tips but I somehow I NEVER thought of tipping when I order from Shopee or Lazada. I did not think it was practice. Isn't it a different person every delivery or they have assigned locations?

What I do is after I make an order, I paper clip the money and leave it in my "online orders tray". People at home know that is where they will get the cash for the payment. I never order above P2000 for COD, so I always have enough cash in my wallet for it. I prefer to see money leaving my wallet, it controls my spending
This is the reason why I avoid using CC. I only trust Amazon with large purchases using CC because I know they will handle it well in case I have a dispute. I'm glad that this has improved locally, but I'm still not confident

Dispute management has also reached a point of maturity which makes returns and refund nightmares things of the past.
The nightmare happens when returning the item because you need to repackage it with all the bar codes intact and you have to print the return number. After that, you have to go to the nearest LBC, fill up a form, wait in line and drop the package. You have to wait a week to have it evaluated. If they find no fault, they'll just deliver the item back to you. You disputed it again and re-do the process until they find a fault and refund the money back to you.
The worst is ebay. Do not transact without Paypal. They only give 30 days refund. Some merchants there are tricky. They extend delivery time to 45 days. When you receive the package and you find something wrong and you return it, you can no longer refund your money because 30 days is up. There's no live customer service to help you as everything is automated. The seller will no longer reply to you. The only way is to use Paypal and have your money refunded. What Paypal will do is to disable the seller's account and refund the money back to you. Serves them right.
Without Paypal, you're out of luck. Use ebay with caution.
