Tried paying bills last night, laging refund and result.
Parang hindi successful, sayang naman may cashback sana kahapon.
Also, may P5 convenience fee pa rin for my local water bills, if may voucher lang sana every month, will consider Shopee to pay my bills.

Same thing happened to me. Refund din Meralco bills payment ko. Hirap sa system nila walang transaction trails. Yung breakdown ng payment (coins vouchers, account number) hindi makita. I asked the customer support eh walang kwenta. Parang walang alam. Pinag na basic troubleshooting ako, clear data, reinstall. Eh wala naman kinalaman ang app sa Phone ko sa pag process nila sa end nila.

This is scary pag nagka problema ang bills payment at ganitong mga support ang mag trace ng transactions. I think I'll just go back to online banking for bills.

What i usually do for all my shopee transactions that has not yet been confirmed is screenshot that transaction just in case I need to show it for reference purposes

Nakakuha naman ako ng 100 pesos off. Bayad Center ang "merchant" for Meralco bills payment so maybe if may iko-contest you should talk to Bayad Center.

If successful, makikita ang transaction under Digital Purchase sa app (app only). May downloadable receipt for record keeping.

However, I don't think I want to keep using it. For one, I have to enter my utility bill's account number every time I want to pay. My eyesight is not at all sharp and I often mistype on my phone - may risk na magkamali.

Same lang kaya with Metrobank? No hitches naman so far in maybe 10+ years of my ADAs with them. I think too much manpower naman for too little gain kung manual pa ang processing ng mga ADA.

I suspect na may manual element ang ADA (for BPI anyway).

Considering that no scheduled payments get processed on weekends and holidays. Even yung pag-update ng mga ATM and online payment transactions over the weekend, nafa-finalize lang on the next working day. Hindi totally manual, pero may taong taga double check bago i-finalize ang transactions.

I've been paying our Meralco bill thru shopee since start of the year. The account number field saves the account number I entered so hindi ko sya paulit ulit nilalagay. Just the amount, making sure na sakto vs dun sa nakareflect dun sa bill. Dun ko rin ginagamit yung coins na nakukuha ko pag nagpapagas sa Seaoil.

Information is saved on a list. Maybe save data is off for Shopee site? ...

been paying our utilities via shopee pay too for several months now. so far wala naman naging malaking problema. but there's a fear that shopee for some reason suspends your account leaving you the inability to access their shopee pay feature (and your account for that matter) and the money you've already entrusted to them. happened to me once but after a day or two, everything normalized naman.

btt: i ordered a cheap pedometer for my nocturnal dog walks ( i don't like lugging my cel during this activity so using a pedometer app is out of the equation) and a solar submersible mini pump for the table top fountain i plan to revive. i'll put it in the garden and i reckon it'll be a good way to attract birds.

Anyone know the difference between send money and bank transfer ng shopeepay? Our company gave our leave conversion through shopeepay. Some of my officemate transfered through bank transfer and it took 1 to 2 days. Others used send money an d it was instant.

I was just wondering what's the difference? Why would you use bank transfer?

I think instapay is the one that will reflect right away but may max amount lang na pwd mo ma transfer which I think is 50k.
Yung mag take ng 1 to 2 days is Pesonet ata yan.
It can accomodate more than 50k amount to be transferred.
