    I received an item purchased from overseas (kids bowl and spoon/fork set) but spoon/fork is missing so I complained with the seller and shoppee chat told me to click the request/refund button and that's it seller accepts and will wait for 7days for the refund amount of the missing item.

    Kapag J&T sa Shopee mabilis lang ng dating nung order. Kahit nung ECQ pa 2 days lang dumating na sa bahay yung order ko na Vinyl Gloves..
    Naka order ako sa China ng key case ko na pwede ko matanggal at masabunan at 3M na protection sa mata.. 8 days hindi na masama..

    Alam na raw ng kumpanya kung sinu-sino ang mga nasa viral video at papatawan daw sila ng kaukulang parusa. Kumalat sa social media ang video kung saan pinagbababato lamang ng mga empleyado ang mga parcel na ide-deliver ng kumpanya.

    The logistics company should have known better and ensured that they had enough governance + management visibility to prevent these things from happening.

    They should also ensure that blue collar staff get adequate training and are accountable for their actions.

    Honestly, management should get more blame here than the men on the video.
