    make sure the company is stable... minsan mataas lang ang offer nyan pero magsasara pala... i work in AMKOR technology dati.. may mga colleagues ako na lumipat sa INTEL, APC na mas mataas ang offer.. syempre jump ship sila.. ayun after 1 year nag lay off yung company.. last in first out sa APC.. yung intel naman totally nag close..

    Probationaries are just formalities, they will not offer double the salary if they think you're not capable saka 1st 3 months naman talaga yun probationary period eh adjusting pa rin talaga Ang new employee so I don't cos will fault new employees for that unless sobrang tanga at palpak talaga

    That's the risk an employees should take wala naman may alam ng future eh like Intel if you look at the decision of your colleagues right decision nila but how will they know na magsasara pala?

    May warning na ang Intel bago pa man magsara....

    Kaso ang mga g*h*m*n,- diretso pa rin sa kanilang korporasyon... Kaya hayun,- isinara na.

    Sila,- nakahiga sa pera. Pero, ang mga regular na empleyado,- wala nang ipon,- wala pang trabaho.... :twak:

    dito naman sa government service,
    ginagawang contractual na karamihan ng nasa frontline units.
    mga lawyers, CPAs, engineers, ITs at mga meron doctorate/masteral na lang ang binibigyan ng regular position.
    masipag daw kasi kapag contractual or casual employee at madali pa utusan o pasunurin ng mga nasa managerial positions.
    wala silang magawa kasi hindi sila mare-renew kapag hindi masipag at masunurin sa mga utos.

    how does pirating employees works?? if the employee is more than 10 years in his current company? If he resigns he doesnt get anything from long service as there's no provision for that in the company policy and in the labour code. Does the pirating company pays for that long service? say 1 month salary for every year of service?

    Depends upon the polci of the company kasi. Big companies may pay talag for every year of service kahit voluntary resignation. Small to medium usually wala, meron man maliit lang talaga.

    pag wala nga.. syempre iisipin nung employee sayang yung long service nya.. halimbawa kung 50T a month and 15 years that's 25T x 15 = 375T din yun.. kung half month salary x years of service.. ni co consider din ba yan pag nag pi pirate??
