hahha.. mga kopal talaga kayo
nway evaluate ko pa ung company and nakausap ko na rin ung HR namin .. sinabi ko na nagbabalak mag resign ako..
but mukhang malabong tapatan ung salary..

may ganyan din na company (competitor) kami dati. doble talaga ang bigay. pero nagdecide pa rin ako na mag stay sa currrent company ko. samantalang yung company na yun, di man lang umabot ng 1 year, nagsara din.
kaya eto ako ngayon, pinapunta sa ibang branch (reinforcement , haha).
mas ok pa rin kasi yung benefits ng current company ko kaya nagtyaga ako, at yun din kailangan ko. mag 5 years na ko next month.
siguro kung nakasiksik pa ko sa magulang hanggang ngayon, matagal na ko umalis.

But seriously, everything is pointing toward your moving to the new company. I would go for the new company, too. Just a word of caution though, think about what you could be losing out with the old company. Is there something worthwhile that you will not be getting by leaving? If there is, ponder on that. If not, jump ship and go for the gold!
