Free samples & word of mouth. Material costs normally are small naman eh & nothing sells a product better than good customer feedback.

ang ma-i-suggest ko lang sa inyo sarapan nyo bbq sauce. dyan ako namimili talaga hehehe. gumamit kayo ng Sprite as ingredient sa sauce. saraaapp!!!

o kung gusto nyo naman gayahin nyo style noon isang bbq-han sa tiendesitas. Batangas BBQ, yun bbq niya hindi gano matamis, lutong batangas daw. sometimes eto tine-take out ko pag di ko trip sweet meal.

kung may province kayo sama nyo na sa marketing. for example, kung taga-pangasinan wife mo, gawin nyo para ala Pangasinan specialty .... o kaya bacolod bbq ( ala chicken inasal) etc

dumadami na regulars nila, volume is still not that high... They like the fact that their BBQ has no MSG, all-lean (wala yung taba sa dulo), and they got a good deal dealing with Monterey, so all-Monterey beef sila na solid frozen pagdating sa kanila, unlike sa palengke na nakatiwangwang ng langaw at unsanitary...

sa tiendesitas me bbq dun yung bonnnie's pride of tarlaqenos sabi sa akin ng fren theyy are selling it at 40 per stick, dito 16 na nga isang stick they started at 10/stick, their bbq is good, sweet, spicy(not so spicy, just right even for kids) and yummy

sa market market me bbq dun grabe ang pila theirs good as well=)

some pinoys love suka on their bbq, i dont, i like the way it is

on the contrary, it might not contain msg however the burning or grilling with a little burnt on the meat may be carcinogenic, so its not all that healthy=)

sir theveed, tama. maybe focus muna sa BBQ, honestly i'm an avid eater of those... basta, quality lang saka good service. in no time, dadami ang customer nyo nyan. mas maganda malinis ang presentation nang food, ok yun... dito sa amin, sikat yung adel-ram. panay barbecue talaga. started small, ngayon, legendary na sila. may hinala ako they can bring in as much as 10K a night. grabe.

Another good BBQ is the one from Sct. Alcaraz(Between Tuazon and Banaue/with La Chesca Signboard as the landmark). Malambot at malinamnam.

diligence lang. i think they prospered because of the 'word of mouth'. and really, the have a strategic place. under a tree shade, basta maganda yung location. there a store near by where you can buy a bottle or two while you consume your freshly cooked BBQ.

another one, yung sa may aurora boulevard adjacent to UERM. may Vivs BBQ. ok din dun.

try mo kunin yun timpla ng bbq sa pag-asa, yung may katabi na burger machine sa road 8 lapit sa palenke. estimate namin kung 100 kilos lang ng bbq everyday ubos dun. meron din sila inihaw na plapla, squid, bangus, hito, manok, liempo, isaw, chicken legs, walkman, etc etc, pero karamihan ng benta is pork bbq. ask namin minsan magkano sales nila e sabi sa amin easy ang P35k na benta nila everyday dun. start sila ng 5pm, 8:30 pm lang ubos na. sarap kasi, even now nga nasa proj 8 na kami pumupunta pa kami dun para bumili ng bbq nila. sarap kasi. bbq is 12 petot isa.

uy schoolmate ko pala BIL mo...Marist din ako...IMO, Marist is not a low budget school...P10 is good enough...

pero, I'm thinking of offering a slighty half size BBQ sold at P5....budget BBQ para sa mga kulang ang pera.

another suggestion is to add a variant is a a non-pork BBQ...have you tried pig ears, chicken blood, chicken liver/heart/gizzard and cheap hotdogs (yung mekeni na brand goes at P2 lang a piece selling sa end-user....pero masarap eto couple with a BBQ dip). Mas makapag-command sila ng profit sa non-pork variants and will expand the low-budget market group.

Ang possible problem lang nito ay meron lang business paglabasan na ng schoolers...so that is about 11 until 7pm perhaps.

ok din tong electric fan, yan ang uso ngayon, high tech na electric fan para pantay ang sunog ng bbq. sa amin sa subdivision meron pa ngang P5 and P10, talgang masarap, meron try mo din fish, and other grilled food mabenta din yun sa mga magmamadali, yun wala ng time magluto, bili na lang agad. bro na try mo din bang i-adobo yun barbeque mo bago mo i-bbq? if not try mo mas masarap. tested na namin yun at talagang ang luffeth!
