    Daming pera mga tao ngayon.

Our good friend and village resident lives in a 2300 sqm compound with two houses in it. He and his brother in law who lives in the other house put it up for sale just last week.

Well there have been many house trippings already and someone made an all cash offer 270m if im not mistaken.

He will use the proceeds to buy a smaller house in the village (600 sqm) and build and sell other properties nearby AND buy the golden visa in Portugal hehehe.

The brokers have been saying that this area is THE hotspot for politicians to invest in.

These condo parking costs are going up so fast. 1.2m- 1.91m already. I wonder if there's provision for a Kamote behind the parking stopper.

yes madami tao may pera and that's a problem... with central banks printing money (diluting the value of existing money) and bad loans rising (banks are shaky) holding too much cash is not a good idea that's why you're seeing strong demand for real assets -- convert cash into something real/tangible

there's no other asset class in PH that can absorb an individual's hundreds of millions except real estate

it's funny who's the real gainer -- the guy who finally breathes a sigh of relief that his quarter billion or half billion has finally been converted to real asset

or the guy who received the quarter billion or half billion -- siya ngayon ang may problema anong gagawin niya sa cash

Akala ko maganda Sun valley Antipolo (as a vacation home not family/main home) kasi decent cuts - impression ko nothing below 400 sq m, wide roads and strict rules eg on the easement. But then I read a comment that it's a rotten village with a lot of bankrupt or foreclosed homes. What is wrong with this village then?

Remember when i posted sa Air Quality Index thread kung sino pinakamadumi hangin sa metro manila eh dalawa : Ayala Edsa Tunnel and Pasay Edsa. So imagine top 2 both edsa near makati and pasay. Pang 3rd ata eh C5. Sino yung poster dito na username eh loslosbenz. He chimed in sa post ko madumi daw jan sa stretch ng ayala avenue.

Kasi I do not like living near chaotic roads. Ayoko yung pagkagising, maliligo tapos bubungad agad kaguluhan. I want harmony in life. Thats why im so maangas in my true qc and i can back it up my trash talking.

And meron reason bakit madami youtuber natutuwa sun valley estates antipolo. But huli na sila ako ang nauna jan, hindi lang ako masmartphone. Magpasama ka cathey, punta ka yung direcho lang pa cogeo basta yung straight lang. Wag yung pasimbahan kasi magulo part ng antipolo yun.

True QC to antipolo no toll gate

Ano ba impression mo sa Makati/BGC? Parang Tondo sa gulo? I don't know where you get that impression dahil tahimik naman at marami puno/park, kahit 12 am safe ka maglakad mag isa - which I do all the time dahil tamad ako magpark or maglipat ng parking kaya nilalakad ko lang most places. Pero aminado ako maalikabok talaga

Okay lang sakin toll kasi ayoko sa jeep, sa Tagaytay kayang kaya ko mag drive. Madalas kami dyan nung college kasi marami ako barkada from the south, saka exkuya ko since 80s Alabang sila kaya mas familiar ako.

Being between EDSA and C5 is EXACTLY why I like where I live now. That's a good thing, not a bad thing. And prices reflect that - BGC, Kalayaan, Kapitolyo, Ortigas, Green Meadows. If only the -embos had wider streets, super tataas din value dun.
