    Woodridge is 20k per sqm or thereabouts.

    LGV which is literally right beside it is 75k per sqm.

    The new Sta Lucia Acropolis development beside woodridge is 45k per sqm minimum. Same developer.


    So it has a lot of upside potential.

    Okay we can ALL dream. Diba there are many channels here like Presello that showcase houses for sale.

    Its actually a good business model because am sure they have sold many properties and gotten real commissions as well aside from the youtube ad earnings and making their presenter a celebrity by herself.


    But look at this channel. Ayan kung arab prince, chinese billionaire, silicon valley mogul...... luxury properties in Italy.

    Sun Valley, Antipolo pala bumili yung isang vlogger ng huge lot. Halos wala pang houses at mukhang malalaki cuts and the roads are wide. Si Zandro Gonzales (Property Hunter) naiwanan na ng Presello heehee

    I wonder how accessible this area is

    65k/sqm for a built house na. Sa 30k per square for construction it means 35k/sqm yung lupa:



    Kaso 1.5 hrs 1-way, GCQ pa yan what more kung normal na.

    ^Sobrang layo pala. Initially I thought smallest cut nila 400 sq m but the roads are really wide and I like that there are very few houses. Mukhang pang second home lang talaga but it looks like a nice village

    It's this house ata, 200k patong nila haha

    Been there 2 weeks ago. May mga lots pa na binebenta nasa 15k-20k per sq.m. ganda ng lugar andaming trees.ang cut ng lots nasa 400-600sqm

    If I were to purchase a lot, ganyan gusto ko na village, smallest cut 400 sq m at malapad kalye. Nabanggit Zandro strict din sila sa easement. Pinaka ayoko yung nakasagad bahay sa lote, dapat all around may space. Layo nga lang hehe

    kags, look at this 77M 540 sq m near Tomas Morato, isn't this a steal? Wala nga lang sa loob ng village but the location is super convenient, saka ang ayoko nakasagad yung structure sa lot, walang eskenita at backyard. But I guess people will buy it for the lot and not the structure

    Nightmare talaga to live in that area. I have an officemate who lives in Cainta, I wouldn't live there even if they paid me, kahit Sunday traffic

    But I'm really liking Sun Valley, Antipolo. Affordable na per square but not for family/main home talaga.

    ilan beses ko na pinost yan sun valey estates ilan years ago na. Nakapunta ako jan year 2010-2011. Gandara parks masasabi ko. Very low density village super open space.

    At that time makakabili ka pinakalowest 5thou to 6,500 per square. Pag malapit sa golf course nasa 8thou,

    Pero malay nyo ngayon pandemic meron mga resell jan na bagasak presyo. Hinid yan ideal first house. More on weekend getaway.

    Sa labas ng village meron jan petron at mcdonalds.

    Ang kagandahan jan eh simula sta mesa all the way antipolo isang direcho wala ng liko-liko. Wala din toll gate.

    dati yung town and country sa may sumulong near masinag bale lilima pa lang nakatira as in hinid pa develop as in gubatish pero cementado naman. Ikaw magpapatayo poste ng meralco.

    year 2011 sa naalala ko around 3thou ata per square tapos sukat ng lote nasa 900sqm or 1200square meter pinakamaliit.

    ngayon mataas na value.

    After true qc my next favorite antipolo. Madali puntahan eh.
