putting up a business in robinsons pioneer

guys i bought a foodcart franchise recently i am still looking for the right location where i can put my business...i am interested to put it in robinsons pioneer but i have doubts that the foot traffic there is not as good as the one in robinsons galleria and manila. so what do you think? ok ba foot traffic ng robinsons pioneer in boni? ano ano ba market na available doon like yung classes of people who are going there. matao ba cya every weekends or just weekdays lang? thx and hope to have a good advice from you guys outhere!

personally there isn't really that much foot traffic in Robinson's Pioneer. You might jsut be wasting your time there. Robinson's Ermita or Galleria are better choices of you have that option.

well... compared to galleria & manila, foot traffic isn't that high.

but it will still increase after the completion of the cybergate 2 building at the back. right now, your main clients would be people working at cybergate, globe, & nearby factories

but how about the buying power ng mga mall hoppers dun? ok lang khit konti foot traffic basta lahat ng tao eh may purchasing power unlike some malls specifically ever and isetan which is very high as foot traffic is concern but majority of the people there are just there and standing at nagpapalamig lang ...he he he libre kc aircon eh

mas ok na ang crowd don ngayon.. compared 2 years ago.. mas mag i increase pa yun pag nagawa na yung mga condo sa tabi non..

so i think good idea yang business mo na yan.. actually yung mga vacant slots don dati.. may mga kumuha na.. like Old Spag Haws is opening a branch there na..

ok din crowd pag sunday.. may mass kasi sa 3rd floor.. tapos malimit may free concert.. or may activity sa baba.. kaya madaming tao.. yung supermarket.. nag start na ring humaba ang pila.. dati walang kapila pila yun..

okay naman ang crowd traffic sa Robinsons Pioneer, hatak pa din kasi yung mga tiga Boni/Mandaluyong, Kapitolyo/Pasig (tricycle lang sila), tapos yung mga offices na malapit dyan katulad sa Globe Towers, sa Quad Alpha, tapos may malapit na Pioneer Cityland and isa pa, malapit sa MRT station.

Huh? Libre nga ang parking dito eh. Saturday and Sunday libre. Monday to Friday, you need to show P200 worth na reciepts para libre.

Eto ang ok rito. Kaysa mag ibang mall ka nga 40 bucks pa bayad na ang hirap hirap pa mag park.

ok. im here again to get some of your precious ideas and thought regarding robinsons pioneer. what can u say guys if i put my cart sa 3rd level in front of cinema, besides the tom's world amusement center and at the back of bingo bonanza? so napapaligiran ako ng mga establishments. salamat ill wait for your precious replies.

pumunta ako dun last friday afternoon mga 4 pm...well medyo madaming tao sa amusement center and on going ang punta ng mga tao lalu na yung mga middle aged women para maglaro ng bingo. then nasundan ito last tuesday afternoon which is likely the same lang din nung last visiit ko. ok keep on posting guys

hey! bukas na nga pala yung store ko sa 3rd level ng robinsons pioneer. tabi kami ng bingo at toms world amusement center. malapit nga kami sa may sinehan kaso di masyado mapansin store ko kc medyo malayo from the cinema. RIBBONFRIES name ng store ko, bali fresh potato chips ito may dips like ketchup, garlic, sour cream and onions, and cheese. yung potato namin is coming all d way pa from benguet , kc tinutulungan din namin yung mga native farmers natin na maging mas productful pa kc medyo nawawalan na cla ng gana dahil sa dami ng mga imported potatoes na nasa market natin ngayon. well, visit my place na lang and sana magustuhan nyo itong no cholesterol and natural potato chips. salamat sa mga post nyo guys.
